Recycled Resins
FDA Food-Contact and Commodity-Grade Recycled Polymers
INVEVNI supplies recycled resins to converters and manufacturers across the US, Canada, Mexico, LATAM, and India. Our food-contact grades ship with FDA Letters of No Objection and full batch documentation: intrinsic viscosity, melt flow index, color, odor, and moisture tested on every lot.
Food-Contact Grades
Recycled Polypropylene (rPP)
Food-contact recycled polypropylene pellet, backed by an FDA Letter of No Objection under PNC 3110. The LNO covers all food types under Conditions of Use A through H, plus J (microwaveable). Suited to food packaging, thermoformed containers, and injection-molded applications.
Recycled HDPE (rHDPE)
Food-contact recycled high-density polyethylene, backed by an FDA Letter of No Objection under PNC 3120. Melt flow index 0.5, density 0.957, with environmental stress crack resistance suited to blow-molded food bottles and rigid packaging.
Recycled PET Flake
Clean, clear post-consumer PET flake. Sorted by color, hot-washed to strip labels and adhesive, and dried. Intrinsic viscosity in the 0.72 to 0.74 range. Backed by an FDA No Objection Letter under PNC 2535. Suited to sheet, strapping, and pellet feedstock.
Recycled PET Pellet (rPET)
Food-contact recycled PET pellet, upgraded through solid-state polymerization to an intrinsic viscosity of 0.80 to 0.82. Backed by an FDA No Objection Letter under PNC 2535. Suited to stretch-blow bottle lines and food-grade thermoforming.
Commodity Grades
LDPE
Recycled low-density polyethylene in film and rigid grades, available as regrind or reprocessed pellet depending on application.
PP / HDPE Regrind
Post-industrial and post-consumer polypropylene and high-density polyethylene regrind, sorted by color and resin type. Suited to non-food durable applications.
EPS
Recycled expanded polystyrene, densified for downstream reprocessing.
